    <p>We are seeking Staff and Principal level AI Researchers with extensive experience in researching, designing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. You will be at the forefront of advancing our AI capabilities by developing state-of-the-art models and contributing to cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence. Your work will involve exploring novel ideas, training large-scale models, and collaborating closely with other researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of what's possible in AI.</p>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>

<p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000 - $385,000. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and benefits. Incuvo seeks a VFX Artist to contribute to the creation of visually stunning VR games. Responsibilities include following established game vision in VFX creation, designing ambient and gameplay effects, optimizing for performance, seeking feedback, and creating necessary source art (textures, geometry, etc.).  The ideal candidate possesses strong Unity Engine experience, a keen eye for visual details, understands color theory, can take direction, and works efficiently within real-time VFX constraints.  Excellent communication in Polish and English is essential, along with a collaborative team attitude and passion for gaming. This is a full-time, on-site position in Katowice, Poland.
