As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. 	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. <h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

Your Profile <ul><li>Extensive experience as an Environment Artist, Environment TD, or 3D Generalist creating high-quality assets and scenes for games, animation, or VFX</li><li>Significant participation in the production of at least one game title</li><li>Deep understanding of art fundamentals and design, with a sharp eye for composition, values, shape, and detail</li><li>An exceptional understanding of environment pipelines, including asset creation, texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering final content</li><li>Excellent modeling skills and strong knowledge of industry-standard software tools such as 3ds Max (or Maya/Blender), Houdini, ZBrush, Unreal Engine, Substance, Designer/Painter</li><li>Experienced with art pipelines and technical limitations in game development</li><li>Ability to respond elegantly to complex creative changes, even late in the process</li><li>Must be highly organized, self-driven, customer-focused, and a great team player </li></ul>
