 We're looking for a talented and passionate Data Engineer to join Wildlife's Cloud Economics team in São Paulo, Brazil.
The mission of the Cloud Economics team at Wildlife is to have world-class productivity and efficiency across the company by finding and further investigating efficiency opportunities related to the usage and/or provisioning of technology resources.&nbsp;
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for gathering all the information needed into the data lake; build and maintain such a lake permanently. You will also play a key role in developing the analyses and algorithms that identify the patterns and type of usage of our data that allow us to find opportunities to improve its usage and storage.

<h2>What you’ll do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Be part of a high-output team, directly contributing to company results;</li>
<li>Build the required date lakes and do the corresponding ETL in order to be able to consolidate and query information about multiple data sources;</li>
<li>Enhance our data discovery capabilities;</li>
<li>Identify unused data and propose how to handle it (sampling, deletion, move to colder classes of storage);</li>
<li>Find and propose data modeling optimizations across the data lake to avoid inefficiencies like duplicated data, data normalization, data types, etc. (table partitioning, migrating to delta tables);</li>
<li>Develop an internal cost allocation data lake for our most significant technology providers.</li>
</ul>
<h2>What you'll need</h2>
<ul>
<li>University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field;</li>
<li>Solid experience working as a data engineer on technically challenging problems;</li>
<li>Proficiency in programming with SQL and Python;</li>
<li>Experience creating data pipelines;</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with AWS;</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with Airflow or other workflow management tool is a differential.</li>

About the Role:  We are seeking a People and Culture Business Partner with 6 to 8 years of experience, including expertise in payroll operations and Statutory compliance.  Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Work closely with the Business leaders and their teams, playing the role of strategic advisor and team player by providing practical advice, fit for purpose, and commercial.</li><li>Partners with legal/finance and external parties as needed and required to resolve complex complaints/concerns.</li><li>Supports with the development of contract terms for new hires, overseas hires, promotions, and internal transfers.</li><li>Train/explain HR process and policies to stakeholders at all levels including their roles and responsibilities</li><li>Form a strong collaborative partnership with the P&amp;C BP team and COEs to understand the deliverables of each of them and their impact to the branch/region.</li><li>Raise issues promptly to the Head of P&amp;C for support and solutions where complex issues or risks arise.</li><li>Oversee and manage payroll processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll disbursements for all employees.</li><li>Manage ESI, PF, and PT challan inputs, ensuring accurate calculations and full compliance with statutory obligations. Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies promptly.</li><li>Validate pay sheets to ensure accurate processing and error-free salary disbursement, verifying that all payroll components are correctly calculated.</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Experience:  <ul><li>Over 6 plus years of experience in the Human Resources function.</li><li>Prior experience in end-to-end payroll administration is essential.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Solid understanding of statutory requirements and compliance.</li><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.</li><li>Proficient in talent engagement.</li><li>Experience in managing HRIS and other system implementations and enhancements.</li><li>Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li></ul>
