Design, track and report on QA metrics to assess effectiveness and drive data-driven improvements.</li><li>Maintain clear and effective communication about test statuses, fostering transparency and continuous improvement. Regularly engage with stakeholders to align QA objectives with business goals and user expectations.</li><li>Coordinate an external QA team, ensuring their activities are seamlessly integrated with internal processes through effective oversight and communication.</li></ul>
