As an Associate Production Director at Playground Games, you will be a key player in the development of the new Fable game. Your responsibilities include developing project plans, allocating resources, and collaborating with QA teams to ensure quality standards. You will also identify and mitigate potential risks, regularly update stakeholders, and improve production processes. <h2>Playground Games is looking for an Associate Production Director to join our Fable team on a permanent basis.  &nbsp;</h2><h3>About us: &nbsp;</h3>As a first-party Xbox Game Studio, we are passionate about making genre-defining games that are accessible, beautiful, and, most of all, fun. We are excited to be rebooting the much-loved Fable franchise and are expanding our diverse team to create a new classic in the action RPG genre.  &nbsp;<h3>About the role: &nbsp;</h3>This is a permanent role based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Royal Leamington Spa. We have a hybrid work model in place with a minimum of 3 days a week in studio. Relocation assistance is available if required.   &nbsp;<h3>What you’ll do: &nbsp;</h3><ul><li>Develop detailed project plans and schedules, setting milestones and deadlines for the various phases of game development.&nbsp;</li><li>Allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and tools, across the project to ensure efficient use.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate closely with QA teams to set up effective testing processes and ensure quality standards are met.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify potential risks early in the project and develop mitigation plans to handle them effectively. Adjust project plans in response to risks or changes in scope, minimising disruptions to the schedule.&nbsp;</li><li>Regularly update key stakeholders on the project’s progress, challenges, and needs.
