This Payroll & Finance Generalist role is pivotal for establishing and supporting our new operations in Bulgaria. It's a hands-on position primarily managing payroll, accounting, and financial processes, while also providing local HR coordination. The role involves close collaboration with leadership and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient local operations, building structured processes from the ground up.
