The CTO (Moto) at SDG will lead the internal payments product, Moto.  Responsibilities are 90% management (8-person team) and 10% hands-on.  This role requires ensuring infrastructure stability, defining technology strategy, integrating third-party payment systems and APIs, and collaborating with other departments.  The ideal candidate is fluent in Russian and possesses extensive experience with the .NET stack, various databases, message brokers, microservices architecture, and high-load applications. Your main tasks will be:
