Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Executive Assistant will support the CEO, managing their calendar, communications, and priorities. They will coordinate meetings (Board, Leadership Team, investor touchpoints), provide technical support during All Hands, and track action items. Additionally, the role involves scheduling meetings for senior leaders, supporting executive offsites, and assisting with internal events. The Executive Assistant will also contribute to special projects requiring detailed coordination and administrative support, enhancing the efficiency of executive operations.
