Game Producer

The Game Producer will report to the CEO and manage the Development Team. Responsibilities include leading production and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring team motivation, facilitating asset creation, defining game direction, improving management practices, defining milestones, and ensuring deliverables meet budget and quality standards. The producer will be accountable for meeting project budget, quality, and timing. This role demands leadership, problem-solving skills, and up-to-date knowledge of the game's progress. (114 words)

Reporting to the CEO, the producer will be responsible for the efficient management of our Development Team. As a Producer, you will oversee the advancement of the work and the attainment of production objectives as well as ensuring high levels of motivation and commitment from team members. &nbsp; Responsibilities: – Lead both the production and multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating leadership, enthusiasm, and sense of commitment even in critical situations. Always have at least one draft on the go (and 20 on deck), targeting a cadence of ≥1 new draft per month.
