We are looking for a Product Manager to own and optimize the gacha monetization systems in Highrise. This role involves balancing building monetization systems that sustain the business while keeping player sentiment high. The ideal candidate understands gacha psychology, can design and iterate with speed, and knows how to keep players engaged and spending happily over time, contributing to a vibrant virtual world with over 50 million users.
