The role involves taking action against guideline violations, removing unwelcome content, and assisting players. Responsibilities also include providing feedback for process improvements and collaborating with other teams. This is a fully remote contract position, requiring availability for day and night shifts.

As a Trust & Safety Agent, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our players follow our guidelines and taking appropriate action when they do not. You’ll also be responsible for removing unwelcome content and assisting players who may require help with issues related to our guidelines. This role primarily involves moderating player conversations in Arabic, including reviewing reports, chat logs, and user-generated content from Arabic-speaking regions. Along with our entire company, this role is fully remote and includes working night shifts.</p><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">As a Trust & Safety Agent, you will:</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Monitor our player report system and resolve player reports. These reports may contain extremely sensitive and NSFW content. Manage the day-to-day operation of the production, including crew scheduling, ensuring that production goals are met within budget and schedule parameters.</p><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Responsibilities</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Assist the Producer in the development of the production budget and strategy.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Maintain the overall production schedule and manage departmental quotas.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Make recommendations for improvements to production systems, particularly with respect to scheduling, flow of information, milestone realization, and resource management.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Provide the Producer with a weekly production update report, ensuring that quotas, remaining work, and resources are balanced within budget.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Provide a forum, guidance, and direction for crew members to communicate production/work-related issues, promoting an open-door policy among staff, departments, and Production Management personnel.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Work closely with the Producer, Supervisors, Production Managers, and HR to maintain project crew lists and efficiently allocate resources according to creative and financial requirements.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Oversee time log managements.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Daily interaction with the client on production-related needs and deliveries.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Identify and monitor cost variances from the approved production budget; recommend corrective action as necessary, and review cost reports weekly with the Producer and accounting.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Working closely with Production Management and Supervision, identify potential impacts on the overall show budget and schedule.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Identify and find solutions with Production Managers and Supervisors for early potential risks that could incur additional costs.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Work with the Producer to run any necessary schedule scenarios based on production delays.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Collaborate closely with the client’s creative team (Director, Production Designer, etc.), as well as the VFX and CG Supervisors, to ensure the visual direction and execution remain aligned with the project’s scope.
