The gacha is the beating heart of Highrise’s economy, driving both player delight and revenue. This role is about balancing two forces: building monetization systems that sustain the business while keeping player sentiment high.We welcome candidates from multiple backgrounds:systems design, game design, product management, or even VIP-level gacha playerswith deep knowledge of what makes gacha mechanics fair, exciting, and sticky.
