As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

 Role This is a position that will become part of the core team that sets the creative vision and form for the company. We’re building the company ground up to become a contemporary, multi-disciplinary creative services company that will be focused on luxury, fashion and lifestyle brands and this role is crucial to the effort. This role is meant for someone who wants a wide canvas for creative expressions and believes in a democratic approach to creativity that feels native to audiences. The Creative Director (CD) is expected to evangelise POVs creative philosophy with clients (new &amp; existing) and help develop a culture that fosters great work across creative disciplines. What You’ll Be Doing <ul><li>Work with the core team to help establish benchmarks and shape the creative ‘product’ of POV. We are multi-part in our approach and the CD is expected to take lead in ensuring that the creative effort stays true to POVs vision across a combination of design, advertising, digital/social, experiential/innovation projects. Go beyond the standard approach to creative solutions.</li><li>Take lead when pitching for new clients. The idea is to not just manage the creative process but actively engage with potential clients (as part of the new business team) to understand ambitions, articulating the problem/opportunity statements and having a view on the strategic approach being suggested for the brand. The CD is also expected to take lead in presenting the solutions to clients and great presentation skills are mandatory for this role.</li><li>Be a playing captain and take full ownership of the creative product – craft compelling narratives, set high benchmarks for creative forms, and guide, mentor, direct the creative effort. This includes raising the creative bar on existing businesses substantially. </li><li>Actively look at the talent mix to ensure that we have the right combination of creative talent needed to achieve outcomes on brands. We’re strong believers in building teams that can collaborate and achieve creative excellence. This also includes bringing on world-class local and global talent/partners as collaborators for creative projects under development.</li><li>Actively champion creative work that draws from culture.  Experience/Qualification <ul><li>10-12 years of experience with an Advertising/Design/Digital/Social /Experiential/Innovation company. We’re looking for Creative Directors who come from a writing background ideally. However, that is not mandatory and more importance will be given to the existing body of work. </li><li>Showcase a portfolio that demonstrates a medium agnostic and multi-creative approach across international and Indian brands. Must have exposure to brands in the Luxury, Fashion, Beauty and/or Lifestyle categories. </li></ul>
 Additional Notes Role is a full time one based out of Mumbai, India.The candidate may need to travel within India and/or internationally for creative and/or production projects.
