As the Head of Institutional Partnerships & Capital Markets at Polygon Labs, you will lead the institutional growth strategy, driving collaborations across global capital markets and crypto-native ecosystems. Reporting to the Global Head of Payments and Real-World Assets (RWA), you will work at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain infrastructure, shaping how major financial institutions engage with Ethereum-aligned, zero-knowledge-powered scaling solutions through the Agglayer. This role involves originating, structuring, and leading strategic collaborations with banks, asset managers, custodians, exchanges, hedge funds, and fintechs, owning a global pipeline of institutional engagement opportunities, and developing Polygon Labs’ institutional go-to-market strategy.

As public infrastructure, the Agglayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer. You’ll work closely with our Tech Art team, Art Direction, and Environment Art to design and implement foliage assets that enhance the visual quality and atmosphere of our projects.
