Senior Advertiser Account Manager

The Director, Brand Partnerships role involves driving growth in a creative and performance-driven environment. Key responsibilities include developing expertise in client businesses, acquiring new business meetings, developing client relationships, and managing client feedback. The ideal candidate should have business development or sales experience in a creative or integrated media agency, with solution-selling expertise in digital media and creative campaigns. The role also involves using internal tools, focusing on details, making strategic decisions, and providing meeting notes. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and collaborating with internal teams to meet the needs of the company.

About the Role:&nbsp;
 
Ready to drive growth at the intersection of creativity and performance? We’re looking for a hunter-minded Director, Brand Partnerships to supercharge our outbound sales efforts and connect brand and agency clients with cutting-edge media, creative, and web development services. This is a unique opportunity to bring your network, strategic thinking, and drive to a collaborative agency environment where your ideas won’t just be heard – they will shape our next chapter of growth.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Develop deep expertise and knowledge around each assigned client’s business and industry</li>
<li>Through active listening, and prompt response times retain and grow new client business</li>
<li>Drive brand client outreach through email, LinkedIn, text/phone and acquire capabilities and new client discovery meetings in order to uncover RFP and proposal opportunities</li>
<li>Acquire 8-10 new business meetings monthly that result in 2-4 proposals monthly</li>
<li>Develop relationships with brand clients through attending tradeshows and industry events as well as other relationship building opportunities&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensures clear communication between client and agency regarding new business needs and status of client information</li>
<li>Manage feedback from client effectively, communicating clear feedback on new business needs to internal solutions team leads</li>
<li>Clearly establish objectives and priorities for client initiatives</li>
<li>Develop and articulate initial POVs relative to strategic and creative alternatives&nbsp;</li>
<li>Use appropriate internal tools to effectively communicate and maintain organization with internal teams</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to focus on details, delivering the best-possible customer experience to new business prospects</li>
<li>Make decisions based on strategic, thoughtful reasoning, balancing all variables and needs</li>
<li>Provide detailed meeting notes to internal teams and clients</li>
<li>Continually update and monitor contracted and pipeline business in the shared Revenue Google Document</li>
<li>Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the company as requested by the Chief Strategy Officer / Agency Leadership team</li>

Ideal Candidate

<li>3–5 years of business development or sales experience in a creative or integrated media agency.</li>
<li>Proven success with solution selling - especially for digital media, creative campaigns, websites, and app development.</li>
<li>Self-starter with a hunter mentality - you’re proactive, resourceful, and always looking for the next big opportunity.</li>
<li>Familiarity with both retainer-based and project-based selling structures.</li>
<li>Curious and open to integrating AI tools into your workflow to improve efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Strong communicator and team player - someone who shares, collaborates, and knows how to play in the sandbox.</li>
</ul>
 Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 base + commission Type: Full-Time
