 Position: Graphic Designer - Logo &amp; PackagingExpertise: Logo Design, Brand Identity and Packaging DesignLocation: Paschim Vihar, New DelhiJob Type: Full timeExperience: 1 to 4 yearsSalary: 2lpa to 4.5lpa Responsibilities: <ul><li>Logo Design: Create unique and memorable logos that align with client branding and marketing strategies.</li><li>Packaging Design: Develop innovative packaging designs that are visually appealing and functional, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.</li><li>Brand Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, target audience, and brand identity to create cohesive design solutions.</li><li>Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and design solutions for various branding projects, including digital and print materials.</li><li>Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback, present design concepts, and make necessary revisions.</li><li>Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.</li><li>Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor designs to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create and finalize designs. </li></ul>
Skills and Expertise: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, particularly in logo and packaging design (1-4 years preferred).</li><li>Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, specifically logos and packaging designs.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.</li><li>Creativity: Exceptional creativity and artistic ability with a strong understanding of design principles.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and consistency in branding.</li><li>Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.</li><li>Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of Trends: Understanding of current design trends and consumer preferences in branding and packaging. </li></ul>
