While the role sits within PFS, the initial focus will be on commercial customers, with an emphasis on driving adoption, measurable outcomes, and long term customer value. This role leads consulting teams, owns engagement delivery, and partners closely with customers, sales, and internal delivery teams to ensure consistent execution, strong technical outcomes, and scalable consulting practices. equivalent practical experience</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Relevant experience may include consulting, professional services delivery, technology leadership, or public sector program execution</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus but not required</li><li class="leading-relaxed">8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or technology delivery roles</li><li class="leading-relaxed">3+ years of experience managing teams and leading client engagements</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Demonstrated experience delivering complex, enterprise scale solutions in commercial or regulated environments</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong client facing communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proven ability to manage delivery execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Solid technical
