This role involves drafting contracts, leading negotiations (including data processing agreements and security requirements), collaborating with internal teams, and optimizing contract workflow systems.  The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in contract review, structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements, particularly cloud service/SaaS agreements and software licenses. We are looking for a Lead Animator to help breathe life into the diverse characters of our world. As Lead Animator, you will be expected to help guide, support and deliver stellar animation quality, both aesthetically and from a gameplay’s perspective. 
Basic roles and responsibilities:

<li>Work closely with other Leads, Directors, and cross-functional teams to advance project quality.</li>
<li>Plan, assign and supervise the work of the animators.</li>
<li>Create benchmark quality animations for reference.</li>
<li>Create great (previz) animation for the game.</li>

<li>Provide creative and technical feedback to the animation team.</li>
