Hutch seeks an experienced UX Designer to enhance their flagship motorsport game, F1 Clash.  Responsibilities include owning interaction and user flow design standards, collaborating with various teams (product, design, etc.), applying a user-centric approach to feature design, and crafting intuitive user interfaces. The role requires translating user research into designs, acting as a design authority, ensuring enjoyable user experiences, and leading UX design standards within the team. About You— Experience &amp; Technical Requirements: <ul><li>Experience in designing and implementing enterprise grade software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Java for Android and familiarity with mobile development challenges.</li><li>Familiarity with Android API’s and libraries.</li><li>Experience in working on React Native framework.</li><li>Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.</li><li>Experience in building applications UI using React Native.</li><li>Experience in using REST API’s in Android application.</li><li>Understanding of code obfuscation &amp; encryption techniques preferred.</li><li>Understanding of distributed multi-tier infrastructure.</li><li>Experience in working independently and in cooperation with others. </li></ul>
