	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. </li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years experience in core Java, J2EE, SOAP web services, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, Angular 12+, MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL, Spring Boot Framework, RESTful Web Services, Hibernate, JMS, RabbitMQ, Junit, Log4j and logback.  Overview Senior Software Engineer shall be responsible for the module level (high and low) design, implementation and testing of a variety of software solutions in the product line. He/She should be able to effectively work independently within a team of technically strong engineers. He/She should be adhering to the schedules, standards and quality processes and procedures of the Organization. Software defect resolutions (including complex issues), testing and maintaining the software is an important task of a Senior Software Engineer. He/She shall be responsible for training/mentoring the junior team members. He/she shall contribute to the overall design, analysis and business requirements spanning across modules. Knowledge and ability to manage the entire software development life cycle process is essential for a Senior Software Engineer. He/She shall be ready to work in night shifts to provide Level 3 support for customer issues. When there are no customer issues to solve then he/she will be working on development activities in the product.
