Business Development Manager/Sales (f/m/d)

As a Business Development Manager/Sales at rcp, you'll be on the frontlines, pitching and selling the family of studios' game projects to top-tier publishers and clients globally. You'll secure new partnerships for original IPs, and help teams land work-for-hire deals. You will also act as a BizBuddy for selected studios, helping shape long-term strategy and challenging business decisions. This role involves being part of the studio’s Strikeforce. Your responsibilities include business development, sales, pitching game projects, evaluating feasibility, profitability & risks, identifying and securing potential clients, customer relationship and stakeholder management, visiting trade shows, conventions, and matchmaking events, investigating market trends and gathering intelligence on the industry and exploring ways to expand current business sectors.
