In close partnership with Account Executives, you will translate complex litigation and investigative challenges into practical solutions using Reveal’s AI‑powered eDiscovery platform. You will also support opportunities across government sectors by ensuring our offerings align with federal, state, and local technical, security, and compliance requirements.</p><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Responsibilities & Duties</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Develop, tailor, and deliver product demonstrations that showcase how Reveal products fit into the EDRM lifecycle. Incorporating advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, etc... to prioritize and reduce data volumes to accelerate legal review.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Present technical solutions to government agencies, addressing requirements around FedRAMP, data sovereignty, FOIA workflows, and security controls.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Lead structured evaluations of Reveal’s capabilities using client data, highlighting the impact of our integrated AI features compared to legacy platforms.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage technical responses for government tenders, ensuring compliance with security, accessibility (Section 508), and functional specifications.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team, department, and organizational goals.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Characteristics</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Consistently ranked as a top performer in sales engineering roles.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Exceptional verbal communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to converse with prospects at all levels, including the executive level.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Detail oriented with a capacity to manage multiple, simultaneous sales cycles.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment to prospect and develop new business.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Demonstrates the ability to identify and solve problems quickly, decisively, and independently.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Professional mannerism and appearance.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to travel as required.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Education & Experience</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Minimum 3 years in Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Litigation Support within eDiscovery or legal technology.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Leadership experience in leading technical aspects of sales engagements.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong understanding of the EDRM and experience with platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, or CS Disco. Compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
