	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. <li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.

</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

Additionally, we create tools to facilitate said authoring, improve iteration times and increase the productivity of all teams, not just the design department.</li><li> We assume responsibility for programming the design team's systems, creating code which is often complex and intricate - both for single player and online content. That responsibility also extends to the analyzation and optimization of code created by our teammates and us.</li><li> Our ability to implement design centric systems directly allows us to quickly iterate on new features and ideas, often with less of a dependence on the programming team. This frees both departments up from potential bottlenecks.</li><li> As our systems affect many other teams and departments, we are proficient in both inter- and intra-studio communication, relying on and providing feedback to other teams, ultimately empowering us to create the immersive worlds we are known for., Design and implement systems that make up the backbone of the framework running content in our games.</li><li> Help to define the structure and flow of data across multiple data-driven systems and domains.</li><li> Work as part of the design department and with the code team to help shape the C++/C# interface.</li><li> Identify and fix memory and performance issues.</li><li> Help define code standards, work processes, and look after the overall code quality. </li></ul>
Software architecture/programming related degree is a huge plus., Experience working with C# and scripting in C#. <ul><li> 3+ years experience.</li><li> Knowledge of language principles and architectural patterns.</li><li> Experience with large scale refactors.</li><li> Experience working on complex data-driven systems.</li><li> Ability to define a clear set of requirements for solving a specific software engineering problem.</li><li> Ability to write clean and robust code that can serve as an example for others trying to solve similar problems.</li><li> Real passion for game development and software architecture., Demonstrable experience of working on large scale software projects. </li></ul>
