Why are we hiring for this position?To create animated content for e-commerce brands, focusing on product showcases, social media ads, and other digital assets What does an ideal candidate look like? <ul><li>Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio focusing on e-commerce or advertising.</li><li>Proficient in After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and design principles.</li><li>Reliable high-speed internet connection and personal PC with appropriate specs for design and animation work.</li><li>Self-motivated, organised, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>
 Roles and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design and animate motion graphics for e-commerce brands and digital ads, including product highlights, social media campaigns, and promotional videos.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the creative team to develop storyboards and concepts.</li><li>Deliver visually compelling animations that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.</li><li>Manage project timelines and multiple deliverables to meet deadlines.</li><li>Incorporate client feedback to refine and enhance final assets.</li><li>Stay current with motion design trends, specifically in e-commerce and digital advertising.</li></ul>
