	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. <li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.

</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

 Job Category: Marketing &amp; Insights Job Family: Product Lifecycle Management Job Description: The objective of this position is to deliver year-over-year profit improvement (YOYI) from Schreiber’s assigned product categories. The individual in this position will assume strategic leadership for their category. This position requires a high level of teamwork and cross-functional interaction. Significant interaction is required with Sales, R&amp;D, Engineering, Finance, Creative Services, Operations, and outside resources including marketing research suppliers, and agencies. Key deliverables include developing Marketing Strategy Plans and Tactics that drive new Products, Packaging, Promotional Programs and Profitability targets for each Product line. Individuals in this role will become consumer experts within their categories, and will develop an excellent grasp of the competitive environment. This individual will bring Marketing disciplines to this role and put them into play within our customer brand and control brand environments. The success of this position will be measured by variable income for their category. What you’ll Do: Lead the strategic planning process and execution of the plan: <ul><li>Create strategic plans intended to drive growth through delivered profit targets. </li><li>This is done with consumer trends in mind, with an awareness of competitor activity, and with a knowledge of Schreiber capabilities and competencies.</li><li>Oversee successful execution of plans.</li><li>Identify incremental opportunities to increase volume and profit (e.g., cost savings, new distribution, sku rationalization, etc.). </li></ul>
Execute key tactics: <ul><li>Launch new products per the plan by leading cross-functional teams toward stated objectives.</li><li>Evaluate packaging opportunities, identifying potential improvements (package sizes, single serve, environmentally friendly, convenience features, etc.) and leading the process of change.</li><li>Establish target “pricing ranges” by product. Pricing requests by sales partners outside of these ranges will require sales management and marketing approval.</li><li>SKU rationalization as necessary to improve VI.</li><li>Work with sales to develop key customer presentations and support materials.</li><li>Lead any necessary re-design initiatives with internal and/or external creative resources.</li><li>Work effectively within the marketing team to aid in the success of brands and segments outside “line of sight” responsibilities. </li></ul>
Leverage consumer insights: <ul><li>Utilize syndicated data to identify emerging consumer trends relative to products, sizes, flavors, etc.</li><li>Conduct custom primary research that is timely, relevant, and actionable.</li><li>Develop presentations and selling aids that equip our sales partner with powerful selling stories. </li></ul>
What you need to succeed: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business with a marketing emphasis.</li><li>MBA preferred.</li><li>5+ years’ experience in marketing or general management in a consumer package good company. </li></ul>
Skills/Knowledge Required: <ul><li>Strong strategic abilities.</li><li>Strong leadership qualities.</li><li>Financial and marketing acumen with the ability to deliver presentations to the highest levels of the company.</li><li>Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans within a complex environment.</li><li>Ability to interpret consumer research and apply learning to drive results. </li></ul>
