The Senior Design Director at Second Dinner will lead the design discipline for MARVEL SNAP, shaping its long-term vision and ensuring quality, coherence, and innovation.  This role involves partnering with game leadership to define the roadmap, collaborating with other discipline leads to launch features, managing and developing a team of designers, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of game development experience, including 4+ years leading or managing game designers, a strong understanding of the mobile market, and proven experience with successful live service games.  They will be responsible for driving the game's long-term design vision, ensuring SNAP continues to delight players.
