3D artist needed for sci-fi game, Unreal Engine experience, strong modeling & texturing skills required.

 We are currently looking for a talented 3D Artist to join our team and help us create a new atmospheric and visually stunning sci-fi world.&nbsp;In this role you will be modeling and texturing high-quality assets and materials for next-gen platforms. Essential skills include a deep understanding of form, color, and lighting for both 2D and 3D art assets. Your primary job will be to work directly with level designers and environment artists to build props and asset kits to make&nbsp;the environment feel like a living world.This is a full-time position based in Malmö Sweden, with the possibility to work partially remote.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Create high-quality 3D assets and materials in line with the project’s artistic and technical direction</li>
<li>Evaluate models, textures and materials to optimize and meet performance requirements</li>
<li>Iterate and improve your work according to received feedback</li>
<li>Collaborate with other team members to ensure the consistency and the correct integration of art into the game</li>
</ul>Qualifications:<ul>
<li>Proven experience working in the video games industry. Preferably you should have experience of multiple game development cycles.</li>
<li>A portfolio of work demonstrating a high-level of artistic quality with a strong focus towards assets/props and materials. Ideally your portfolio includes hard surface work and sci-fi themed assets/environments with a more detailed/realistic style.</li>
<li>Expert 3D modeling and texturing skills</li>
<li>Experience of asset creation working with Unreal Engine 4/5</li>
<li>Ability to realize props and environments from concepts, reference images and art briefs</li>
<li>Good understanding of limitations in real-time game asset creation</li>
<li>Team player with a professional attitude and work ethic</li>
<li>Proficient verbal and written communication skills (English)</li>
</ul>Will be a plus:<ul>
<li>Traditional art skills and 2D skills</li>
<li>You are passionate about games and familiar with&nbsp;game development processes</li>
<li>You are a fan of dark sci-fi such as Alien, Blade Runner and the Thing, and futuristic anime such as Ghost in the Shell, Akira and Blame</li>
