As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners.  You will be responsible for managing logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience. You will also create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

<li>Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

</li><li>Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.
</li><li>Experience leading project management calls with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
</li><li>Experience using event registration and project management systems to streamline event logistics and coordination.
</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

 At Settle Stories we transform lives through story. Your illustration skills will be put to good use creating images for our storytelling videos for children, families and schools. What difference will you make? Your help and expertise will enable us to enhance our videos for families. This will make them more appealing to create change and enhance the learning for children and families and those being homeschooled. What are we looking for? You will be an illustrator with an understanding of creating work for children and young people. You will love childrens stories, folk and fairytales and passionate about helping children. What will you be doing? We would love you to create illustrations for videos of storytelling that we have filmed. These will be used to enhance our story films that we use for schools and families. You will work with the Artistic Director and Education Content producer to do this. We would love your thoughts and ideas to enhance our work for children and families
