Your Adventure Ahead <ul><li>You are a go-to person for technical advice, a role model, and can execute complicated plans &amp; projects. </li><li>You are able to set technical directions, reliably provide tech perspective &amp; choices across engineering teams, and advocate new technologies/improvements to increase organizational capabilities. </li><li>Lead, mentor, and sponsor peer engineers with strong leadership.</li><li>Contribute to the ideation, technical design, implementation, and testing of product features</li><li>Produce high quality software following good architecture and design principles that are scalable</li><li>Design &amp; deliver thoughtfully crafted clean APIs to drive the interactions between our client applications and backend services</li><li>Collaborate with product, data and design to define the future of the ShopBack experience </li></ul>
Essentials To Succeed <ul><li>At least 10+ years of experience developing consumer facing web applications</li><li>Proven experience designing complex distributed systems, management products or business applications</li><li>Hands-on experience working with NodeJS (Preferred)</li><li>Experience building and deploying applications and services into cloud environments (AWS highly desired)</li><li>Strong experience leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable web services</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, complex technical environment with high adaptability and flexibility </li></ul>
