Associate Manager - Design role in Bangalore. Must have 4-5 years of experience in commercial & corporate interiors, expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with building codes and construction costs is needed.

 Department DesignGrade / Level G2A/G2BLocation BangaloreReporting To AVP – Real Estate &amp; Design Strategy Role &amp; Responsibilities <ul><li>Prepare drawing delivery schedule in line with client requirements (Client facing)</li><li>Create design concepts and detailed working drawings and presentations to finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.</li><li>Prepare design concepts and take detailed notes to address customer requirements. </li><li>Maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.</li><li>Provides follow-up support with customers and vendors.</li><li>Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers and the design and execution team.</li><li>Preparing of Procurement List and C&amp;I BOQ check.</li><li>Plan, interpret, organize, schedule, and manage design through all phases of the project assigned.</li><li>Help the team with the required information (design related) and arrive at on-site solutions.</li><li>Site-level coordination with the Project Manager &amp; Consultants to oversee design development</li><li>Prepare the drawings to be sent for Builder submission &amp; GFCs for the Corporate Interior Projects.</li><li>Work closely with the Design &amp; Project managers to support with any design changes required at the construction stage</li><li>Review shop drawings shared by consultants and vendors</li></ul>
 Skillset required <ul><li>Experience in commercial and corporate interior design.</li><li>Software knowledge – AutoCAD, Revit (preferable), Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and self-starter</li><li>Knowledge of building and accessible codes/ industry standard codes</li><li>Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history to produce projects</li><li>Knowledge of industry construction costs and material costs</li><li>Creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials</li></ul>
