	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of SITA's software development and production systems. You will implement DevOps practices, participate in incident resolution, support DevOps applications, and contribute to the full lifecycle of projects. You will work in an Agile Scrum team and be responsible for documenting technical processes and solutions. You will also provide 24/7 Level-2 Support once a week in a month on a rotating basis.

In collaboration with other developers and operations personnel, duties can encompass continuous integration, monitoring, automation, support for the integration testing framework, and software delivery to ensure that the organization produces the best product needed. Qualifications ABOUT YOUR SKILLS <ul><li>Demonstrable Hands-on experience in the Administration of CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, Nexus and Helm</li><li>Enhance our internal development teams knowledge with your real-world expertise and ability to integrate into our Agile team.</li><li>Comfortable with working together with teams from several departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan</li><li>Familiar with monitoring and analyzing infrastructure performance using standard performance monitoring tools - Nagios, New Relic, Perfmon, PerfView, ProcDump, Debugging</li><li>Familiarity with Linux and UNIX systems (e.g. CentOS, RedHat) and command line system administration such as Bash, VIM, SSH.</li><li>Hands on experience in configuration management of server farms</li><li>Knowledge and proven hands-on experience in large-scale databases and distributed technologies, such as Kafka and Confluent Platform Kafka</li><li>Basic programming and scripting skills (preferably C/C++, Java, .NET, Golang, bash, shell, etc.,)</li><li>SRE &amp; Agile methodologies with B.
