This internship is designed for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT support environment while developing core technical and customer service skills.This role requires an individual with problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and an understanding of Microsoft, Jira, and other products.Location: BangaloreWork Mode: On-site (Work from Office)<h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Technical Support: Provide first level support for Windows and Mac hardware, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Microsoft Support: Assist customers with Microsoft software products, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem resolution.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Issue Documentation: Document all support interactions and resolutions in the company's ticketing system to maintain accurate records and identify recurring issues.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Knowledge Base Development: Contribute to creating and updating internal documentation, FAQs, and how-to guides based on common support requests.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Hardware Setup: Assist with laptop/desktop provisioning, peripheral setup, and basic hardware diagnostics.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Learning and Development: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to build IT support competencies.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Qualifications</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Some prior exposure to IT support (personal projects, college lab work, part-time roles, or coursework) is beneficial but not required.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Basic familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems, common office applications, and fundamental networking concepts (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, VPN).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong willingness to learn, good communication skills in English, customer-friendly attitude, and basic problem-solving abilities.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Any foundational certifications (Microsoft certifications, ITIL Foundation) are a plus but not mandatory.</li></ul>This position will be based in our office environment.
