Responsibilities include creating high-quality environment concepts, collaborating with the art team and director, iterating on designs, communicating visual ideas, focusing on architecture and modularity, creating art design bibles, and researching reference material.  The ideal candidate possesses professional game development experience, a strong portfolio, excellent Photoshop skills, and proficient English communication.  Additional skills in character/weapon design, storyboarding, 3D software, Unreal Engine, and level design principles are highly valued.

<li>Working closely with the Concept Art Team and Art Director to create industry leading quality concepts, and specializing in Environment design.</li>
<li>Ability to create unique designs with consistent quality.</li>
<li>Ability to conceptualize realistic art styles. Adaptability to stylized art is a plus.</li>
<li>Iterating on ideas quickly through sketches and thumbnails.</li>
<li>Communicating visual ideas across teams and departments.</li>
<li>Strong focus on architecture designs and history with a deep understanding of modularity and materials used in the design.</li>
<li>Ability to create concept drawing based on written or verbal art direction references.</li>
<li>Ability to derive and create smaller art design bibles based on global art direction.</li>
<li>Strong sense of design and composition for environment sketches and illustrations.</li>
<li>Ability to conceptualize modules that are part of a larger design.</li>
<li>Good eye for detail, materials, and scale while being able to illustrate with all of the following clearly.</li>

We have a new opening for a VP of Legal &amp; Compliance. This new role will help maximize SDG's profits and increase the efficiency of our Finance and Legal Department by taking responsibility for the Legal, Financial Control, and Internal Audit Divisions (≈ 30 FTE). 
Your main tasks will be:

<ul><li>Legal Strategy: Identify legal risks associated with the company's business activities and establish risk mitigation strategies. Assess and manage legal risks related to contracts, intellectual property, employment, litigation, and other areas of potential legal exposure.</li><li>Legal Compliance: Ensure the international holding company complies with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements in all jurisdictions where it operates. This includes monitoring changes in legislation and ensuring internal policies are updated accordingly.</li><li>Intellectual Property Protection: Develop and implement strategies to protect the company's intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Monitor and address any potential infringements of intellectual property rights.</li><li>Legal Risk Management: Develop and execute a legal strategy for the international holding company that is aligned with its long-term goals and objectives. This includes opening new entities and mitigating legal risks.</li><li>Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, coordinate external audits, and collaborate with legal and internal compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of legal and finance professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. </li></ul>
We expect from you:
<ul><li>5+ years of experience as a CLO/CFO/Deputy CFO positions in international digital companies.</li><li>English - fluent/native, Russian - nice to have, but not necessary. </li><li>Expertise in various law and regulatory compliance areas.</li><li>Expertise in conducting financial analyses, developing financial models, and forecasting future performance to support strategic decision-making (nice to have).</li><li>Ambitions and motivation to become a leader.</li><li> Ability to take initiative and expand the area of responsibility. </li></ul>
