As a Senior Game Producer at SOFTGAMES, you'll own the success of existing and upcoming games on the MSN platform.  This role blends game production expertise with platform understanding.  Responsibilities include managing game roadmaps, leveraging MSN features for performance boosts, analyzing KPIs (retention, ARPDAU, revenue), leading monetization improvements via A/B testing, collaborating with MSN and internal teams, and problem-solving.  You'll ensure games maximize MSN's platform capabilities while enhancing player experience. The UI/UX Artist will design clear and engaging UI for mobile casual games, including menus, HUDs, pop-ups, and onboarding.
