The Environment Prop Lead at Infinity Ward oversees the creation and quality standards of environment models.  Responsibilities include mentoring artists, prioritizing tasks, improving workflows, collaborating with other studios, and ensuring assets meet technical and artistic requirements for consoles and mobile. You’ll join a team of leaders focusing on empowering our global team of artists and help make our maps and environments come alive through realism and storytelling.We’re seeking an experienced artist who knows the ins and outs of creating believable and interesting models, within the technical and artistic constraints of consoles and mobile. You should be able to educate artists and describe why or how an asset can look better or be more performant. As a mentor you’re proactively finding solutions to improve pipelines and workflows and deliver clear and constructive feedback to both internal and external artists with confidence. Collaborating comes natural to you, guiding others to be successful in their task.Being an ambassador for environmental prop art, you’ll represent the Infinity Ward Studio within the franchise working with level artists, photogrammetry experts, leads and Directors within our and other Call of Duty studios. Solvative seeks an AEM Developer to deploy and integrate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) across product brand experiences.  Responsibilities include content model creation, environment setup (following Adobe best practices), integration with marketing technologies (Assets, Targets, Campaigns), application deployment (GCP/AWS), front-end development (ReactJS or VueJS), and adherence to secure coding standards. This team member will be tasked with deploying Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to power all of our product brand experiences. This individual will develop re­usable integrations across our client sites while ensuring good governance practices are in place and standards are being followed. 
Key Responsibilities and Duties: 
<ul><li>Participate in the AEM implementation, including content type model creation, processes, templates, and components; as well as permissions use.</li><li>Create and set up an AEM authoring, publishing, and dispatching environment with Adobe suggested best practices.</li><li>Integrate AEM with other marketing technologies such as Assets, targets, Campaigns, and internal endpoints.</li><li>Assist in the deployment of applications to development, quality assurance, and production environments as well as migrations. We primarily deploy on GCP or AWS.</li><li>Work with front-end technologies and frameworks - ReactJS or VueJS.</li><li>Follow best practices for secure web development and deployment. Internal coding standards, unit test coverage, automation, and continuous integration should all be followed. </li></ul>
Required Qualifications: 
<ul><li>Adobe AEM Developer with strong Java/J2EE background in both front-end web design and AEM integration.</li><li>6 months to one year of AEM/CQ5 experience with 3+ full-cycle AEM projects and at least one plus year in Web front-end development.</li><li>6 months to one year of strong web content management experience with Adobe AEM.</li><li>Experience with integrating AEM with other products and vendors.</li><li>Solid experience with building blocks including templates, components, dialogs widgets, and bundles.</li><li>Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (ReactJS and VueJS), and CSS pre­processing platforms (SASS, Less, etc).</li><li>Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (Jenkins/CruiseControl/Maven/GitHub).</li><li>Expertise in full-stack development within AEM.</li></ul>
