As People Operations Manager at Sorare, you'll streamline HR processes, ensure compliance, and foster a positive employee experience.  You'll oversee daily HR operations for 120+ employees across France and the US, managing HR administration, payroll, tools, and back-office functions.  Key responsibilities include optimizing onboarding/offboarding, leave management, employee data updates, collaborating with payroll providers and finance, maintaining HR systems (BambooHR, Lattice), serving as employee support, leading compliance efforts (DUERP, Gender Equality Index, etc.), partnering with finance and legal, preparing HR reports, and continuously improving processes.  This role requires strong HR operations and payroll experience, in-depth understanding of French and ideally US HR laws, project management skills, excellent communication, and data analysis abilities.

Experience in a tech company is a plus.</li><li>HR Knowledge: In-depth understanding of French HR administration, payroll processes, employment laws, and compliance. US regulations would be a +.&nbsp;</li><li>Project Management: Proven ability to lead or contribute to HR-related projects, balancing attention to detail with strategic thinking.
