You’ll oversee the localization workflow, manage translations in 7+ languages, and directly handle French and Italian content, maintaining quality, consistency, and timely delivery across product and marketing touchpoints.<h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Responsibilities</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Translation Oversight: Supervise translations across Sorare’s product, marketing, and communication channels.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Localization Process Management: Operate workflows in TMS (Lokalise), manage QA and context-sharing, and uphold deadlines.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Vendor Coordination: Communicate with translation agencies and freelancers to ensure quality and timely delivery.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to localize new features and campaigns.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Hands-On Localization: Translate and proofread French and Italian; review Spanish and German when needed.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Quality Assurance: Conduct linguistic and functional QA checks on live content.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Support new product releases and marketing assets (landing pages, notifications, app store pages, campaigns).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Maintain and improve localization workflows and documentation.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Act swiftly on last-minute updates for campaigns and in-game content.</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Requirements</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">3–6 years of experience in localization or translation project management.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience in tech, SaaS, gaming, or app environments.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Fluent in English + French; strong command of Italian.
