The UI/UX team at Sports Interactive is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer for the Football Manager team. This role involves shaping the game's User Interface across products, collaborating with various teams, and driving the feature roadmap. The engineer will also own UI tooling and systems within Unity, improve existing processes, and mentor junior engineers, contributing to the overall development and quality of the game.

As part of the UI team, you’ll help shape all aspects of the game’s User Interface across our products.This role involves collaborating closely with production, design, QA, gameplay engineers, core tech engineers and stakeholders to ensure we have quality deliverables which flow through the entire end to end experience of Football Manager.You will work closely with UI engineering leads and production to drive delivery of our feature roadmap, alongside owning aspects of our UI tooling and systems within Unity to improve and automate our existing processes.We expect our senior software engineers to take responsibility for their work, and their own professional development goals, with the objective to continue to develop technical knowledge and enhance their established technical communication skills.
