Senior Software Engineer (Graphics)

Sports Interactive seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Graphics) to enhance the visual quality and performance of Football Manager.  Responsibilities involve implementing and maintaining rendering features (character rendering, lighting, post-processing, materials), optimizing shaders and rendering code in Unity for multiple platforms, profiling performance and memory usage, building tools to improve artist workflows, implementing automated tests, debugging rendering issues, and collaborating with artists and engineers.  Proficiency in C#, Unity URP, HLSL, Shader Graph, and 3D math is crucial.  Experience shipping games using Unity on multiple platforms is essential.
