Responsibilities include pre-sales activities (game deconstruction, feature breakdowns, content estimation, release stage planning – ~50% of role) and on-project tasks (performing game design tasks as assigned, pitching work, collaborating with other departments, assisting senior designers with complex features, and maintaining documentation – ~50% of role). We are looking for an experienced Game Designer to support the production of new and existing titles in development at Stepico Games. The Game Designer will work closely with the project’s key leaders and the development team to successfully execute a new game from scratch.
