Stord is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead and manage offshore recruitment for its R&D organization. This role involves being the primary liaison with offshore staffing partners to efficiently source, screen, and present top-tier engineering and product talent. The recruiter will own the end-to-end offshore recruitment process, develop relationships with staffing teams, collaborate with R&D hiring managers, track metrics, and support job description refinement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing offshore recruitment workflows.

This role will serve as the primary liaison between Stord and our offshore staffing partners, ensuring top-tier engineering and product talent pipelines are efficiently sourced, screened, and presented for consideration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing offshore recruitment workflows.### What You'll Do: * Own end-to-end offshore recruitment for the R&D group, including sourcing, screening, and coordination with offshore recruitment partners.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with offshore staffing teams to ensure consistent delivery of qualified candidates.* Collaborate with R&D hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and desired candidate profiles.* Track and report on offshore recruitment metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.* Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions tailored to offshore candidate markets.* Manage the interview scheduling and candidate feedback loop between offshore partners and internal hiring teams.* Identify and recommend process improvements for offshore recruitment strategies.### What You'll Need: * 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with experience managing offshore or distributed recruiting teams.* Strong knowledge of technical recruiting, particularly for software engineering, product, and R&D roles.* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams.* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; Workday preferred* Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.### Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with offshore staffing agencies or recruitment outsourcing models.* Prior experience in a tech, logistics, or SaaS company.### Contract Details: * Duration: 6 months<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Remote-based (U.S.)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Competitive hourly rate based on experience</li></ul>
