and evolve our marketing attribution framework across web + mobile (GA4, Appsflyer) — we recently discovered 40%+ of sessions were misattributed, and there's more to untangle</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Build reliable source-of-truth dashboards for marketplace health, channel performance, and user behavior</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Define and instrument key product and growth metrics (activation, conversion, retention, repeat bookings)</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Experimentation</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Establish our experimentation practice — from hypothesis to analysis and decision-making</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Partner with product and engineering to run rigorous A/B tests across discovery, conversion, and retention flows</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Create lightweight experiment templates, review processes, and documentation class="leading-relaxed">Analyze user and host behavior across cities, cohorts, and segments</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Build cohort-based LTV and payback analysis by channel, city, and segment</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for product, growth, and leadership</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">SEO & Technical Growth Support</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Monitor and report on SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Identify technical SEO issues (landing page health, schema, indexing, 404s) and translate them into prioritized engineering
