Synthesia is seeking a Staff/Principal Product Designer to lead the design of its core AI video creation and editing platform. This senior individual contributor role involves defining the design vision, influencing product roadmap decisions, and elevating the overall craft of the creation experience. The designer will focus on developing intuitive yet powerful canvas and timeline workflows, creating scalable interaction patterns, improving content quality through structured guidance, and enabling seamless collaboration within the editor, all while navigating the evolving landscape of AI-driven authoring.

We see a future where Synthesia sits alongside word processors, presentation software, and spreadsheets as a staple used by many.
