The Global Talent Co. is seeking a high-energy French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to act as a "Problem Solver & Happiness Manager" for a fast-growing European beverage brand. This remote, full-time role involves managing customer inquiries in French across digital channels, handling the end-to-end customer journey including order processing and returns using Gorgias and Shopify, and actively engaging with the community to build loyalty and positive experiences. In this role, you won't just be closing tickets; you’ll be a brand ambassador responsible for turning every customer interaction—from shipping questions to product feedback—into a positive experience.You will be the first point of contact for the French-speaking community, managing inquiries across modern digital channels and ensuring a high-vibe experience.
