This role combines employee experience, HR administration, and policy compliance, ensuring that our team members are supported throughout their journey while the company remains aligned with best-in-class HR practices.</p><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR policies, compliance, and employee relations, along with a passion for creating a seamless and engaging employee experience. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.</p><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>Employee Experience & Engagement</strong></li><li class="leading-relaxed">Oversee and optimize the <strong>end-to-end talent experience</strong>, from onboarding through the full employee journey.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Champion employee well-being and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Design and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure smooth transitions.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Develop initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, recognition, and retention.</li><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>HR Administration & Compliance</strong></li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies across jurisdictions.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Support policy creation, review, and implementation, aligning with best HR practices.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage benefits administration and coordinate with payroll as needed.</li><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>Talent Operations & Support</strong></li><li class="leading-relaxed">Partner with managers on employee relations matters, providing guidance on performance, growth, and conflict resolution.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, performance) and recommend improvements.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Support recruitment processes as needed, ensuring a high-quality candidate and employee journey.</li><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>Learning & Development (Nice-to-Have)</strong></li><li class="leading-relaxed">Support with training resources and coordinate occasional learning initiatives to encourage professional growth.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Requirements</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles, with at least 2 years at a senior level.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance standards.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Demonstrated experience managing employee experience programs and HR administration.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on HR support.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience working in an international or remote-first environment is a plus.</li><li class="leading-relaxed"><strong>Bonus:</strong> Familiarity with the <strong>Rippling platform</strong> (HRIS/payroll) — not required, but a strong advantage.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">What We Offer</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">An opportunity to work in <strong>one of the fastest-growing remote talent companies</strong>.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">The chance to <strong>partner with some of the most exciting global tech and AI companies</strong>.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ownership of impactful HR initiatives and the ability to shape the employee journey at scale.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">A collaborative and supportive team that values innovation, learning, and growth.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Professional development opportunities in a dynamic and international environment.</li></ul>
