The Mill Adventure is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team. This role involves drafting and reviewing corporate documentation, managing statutory filings with authorities like the Malta Business Registry, and maintaining corporate records. The Legal Counsel will also provide support for corporate reorganisations, manage client corporate portfolios, and draft/negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS and software licensing. Additionally, the role assists with KYB/KYC processes and vendor contract reviews.
