We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Talent Acquisition Coordinators to assist in managing our recruitment efforts.Role Overview:As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes at SmartRemote. This internship will provide hands-on experience in coordinating interviews, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring smooth recruitment operations.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist in scheduling and coordinating interview sessions with candidates.</li><li>Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.</li><li>Manage candidate information and track the recruitment progress using internal tools.</li><li>Handle communication with candidates, including coordinating availability and sending interview reminders.</li><li>Add candidates to Slack channels for onboarding and collaboration.</li><li>Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.</li><li>Maintain organized records of interview schedules, candidate feedback, and status updates.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.</li><li>Familiarity with using Slack and other communication tools is a plus.</li><li>Located in India and available to start immediately.</li></ul>
