We are seeking a high performing HR Manager who is enthusiastic about supporting creative talent and is excellent with HR processes and Management. Collect staff peer feedback, review and contribute to staff performance goals and objectives and help facilitate effective management and motivation of staff towards them.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Collaborate with Casting to help shape and guide the career path of artists</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Partner with the Global L&D Manager to devise and implement staff training and development, focused on helping drive the quality of company output and services.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Review company policies and ensure accuracy, consistency & alignment with the wider company and industry best practice.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage company benefit schemes. Life insurance, income protection, etc.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Advise on remuneration on a per hire and company level. Ensure TTFL is a competitive employer by conducting industry benchmarking to inform salary banding.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Administration</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage payroll processes and provider.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Administrate the company holiday calendar and oversee employee time-off requests.Support the smooth and efficient running of the office and home working environment.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage the Talent/HR budget. Get approvals, keep records, process invoices, contract and manage suppliers related to the Talent budget.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Effective leveraging and administration of TTFL’s HR cloud platform. Objectives, annual leave, personal info, documents, etc.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage the relationship with external employment lawyers, as necessary.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Culture & Communication</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Help develop and express our company values and culture.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Be a key driver of staff retention efforts.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Drive positive company morale and cohesion by organising company outings and socials.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Deliver effective internal communication for all talent and HR related matters.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Hiring & Resource Management</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Consistently identify and plan for ongoing staffing and recruitment needs. Office guidance as TTFL expands and reduces in size responsibly</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Partner with internal TTF Recruiters, in the recruitment and hiring process. Help write job descriptions, publish adverts, screen candidates, schedule interviews. Contribute to conducting interviews, referencing, negotiation and contracting.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Responsible for hiring paperwork and contracts. Ensure these are compliant and suitable to the company needs. Manage contractual changes, terminations and extensions as per staffing / hiring requirements.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Build external talent pools (contractors, freelancers, etc) via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and relationships with talent agencies that can be leveraged to grow quickly in response to commercial opportunities.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Run staff onboarding and exit processes in coordination with IT, Finance and other teams.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Oversee a robust staff probation process to ensure the quality of new hires retained in the business.</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Essential Skills:</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">5+ year’s experience in HR in a similar environment.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experienced running recruitment and hiring processes</li><li class="leading-relaxed">CIPD qualified</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent management</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to work 2 days a week in London office at Foley Street</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Desirable Skills:</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">VFX / Gaming / Animation industry experience</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Good understanding of client/vendor business model</li></ul>
