You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

As a Jr. Visual Artist, you'll be responsible for creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design. You'll collaborate with copywriters and brand teams to ensure seamless integration of visuals and messaging. Proficiency with Adobe CS Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and strong knowledge of color use principles, typography, and layout are essential.

 Profile Summary Our Visual Communication team is responsible for optimal conveyance of ideas and information in forms that can be seen. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible of design communication through a broad spectrum of design that includes signs, typography, graphic design, illustration, emailers, infographics, animation and GIFs. Key responsibilities ▪ Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design.▪ Partner with Copywriters, Brand Associate and Group Heads to ideate ways to extend brand campaigns across all channels.▪ Close collaboration with copywriters to ensure visuals and copy are seamless and deliver on brand messaging.▪ Stay on voice, on brand and on target.▪ Adhere to deadlines and timelines, with the ability/flexibility to react to real-time opportunities.▪ Manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.▪ Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques and processes; seek out and recommend new best practices.▪ Work with the Client Servicing team to review and analyze measurement insights to determine necessary adjustments to creative approach. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required ▪ Passion for design and an exceptional eye for the details.▪ Proficiency with design tools (Adobe CS Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator)▪ Add on: Experience with animation applications is an add on.
