Senior Product Manager, Economy

Lead Game Designer (Philippines)

As a Data Analyst, you will support the Product and Design team in making data-driven decisions for a F2P mobile title, focusing on features, events, tuning, and strategy. You will manage live operations, conduct A/B tests, and provide reports and insights to stakeholders across development and publishing. This role involves presenting findings to leadership to assess past performance and guide future development, reporting directly to the Product Manager.

<p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">As a Data Analyst, you will be supporting the Product and Design team to make data-driven decisions about features, events, tuning and strategy of a F2P mobile title. You will help drive live operations, perform A/B tests, and deliver reports and insights to key stakeholders across both the development and publishing teams. You will also present these findings on a routine basis to leadership, both to examine past performance and determine future development on the title. This role reports to the Product Manager.</p><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Responsibilities:</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Report the daily and weekly KPIs that drive revenue and LTV</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Analyze live-operations performance to aid the Product Manager in developing and refining event, sales, and content strategies</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Develop and deliver reports to leads and publisher executives with clear recommendations on improvements supported by data</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Collaborate with the team leads to set experimentation plan(s) using hypothesis-driven approach</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Execute variant testing and present test results/strategies to executives and partners</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Construct, test, refine, and implement predictive models</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Create dashboards that clearly communicate product insights</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Requirements:</h2><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">What You Bring:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Able to mine databases and extract key takeaways from raw data</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Can visualize those takeaways in a way that all stakeholders understand.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Has a demonstrated interest in gaming, particularly in the mobile space</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Direct experience analyzing product performance</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Fluent in both descriptive and predictive analytics</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Skills/Qualifications:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">2+ years Data Analyst experience on F2P games (or comparable experience), Masters degree a plus</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience with data analysis, including but not limited to descriptive statistics, predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience with A/B testing concepts, terminology and hands-on execution</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong verbal and written communication skills (the team values this as much as analytical skills)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of data analysis programming languages (Python/R preferred)</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Nice to have, but not necessary:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong passion for gaming</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Love of brainteasers</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Quantitative background (Math, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Required application materials:</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Resume</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Cover Letter which should answer:</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Why are you interested in working at Tic Toc Games?</li><li class="leading-relaxed">What makes you a good fit?</li><li class="leading-relaxed">What are you looking to get out of working with us?</li><li class="leading-relaxed">What games are you currently playing?</li></ul><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">We love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the games industry.
