As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. You will also create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

 Job Role : Software Developer - .Net Areas of responsibility and tasks <ul><li>Responsible for complete Software development life cycle of highly scalable, distributed solutions in C#, VB.Net, .Net framework, Windows form, WPF, WCF. </li><li>Responsible for design, development, implementation and support of highly scalable, distributed solutions that leverage Azure components and services. </li><li>Provide software development insights with respect to application architecture, design patterns and best practices. </li><li>Work with IT security to monitor and ensure security and privacy Desktop applications and associated data. </li><li>Regularly evaluate cloud applications and services for optimizations and upgrade </li><li>Integration across various commercial enterprise system and in-house tools. </li><li>Agile Architecture principles and stronghold on MVC, PRISM, MVVM. </li></ul>
Competencies <ul><li>Excellent knowledge of application architecture, techniques, design patterns and strategies </li><li>Experience with agile process, DevOps and Version control systems like Jira, GIT, TFS, Azure DevOps, Teamcity etc </li><li>High level understanding of key cloud security concepts like Active Directory, OAuth, Firewalls etc. </li><li>Experience with .NET layered server architecture. </li><li>Experience with working with RESTful web services is a plus. </li><li>Experience with remote solutions like Citrix is a plus. </li><li>Experience with VB.Net is a plus </li><li>Knowledge of process or chemical/mechanical engineering or manufacturing process will be beneficial </li><li>Experience developing technical requirements based on business imperatives </li><li>Demonstrated project experience in estimating, planning and delivery of the software packages. </li><li>Willingness to learn and ability to grasp new technologies is a must for this role. </li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills <ul><li>6+ years of Dotnet based software development experience with a background in Computer Science (B.Tech./M.Tech. in CS or equivalent). </li><li>Candidate must be open-minded and be able to understand complexity of tasks and project deliveries. </li><li>Candidate can speak, read and write English effortlessly. </li><li>Must be able to work with team members and under minimal supervision </li><li>Experience of working in an Agile development environment is a must. </li></ul>
