This B2B travel tech startup seeks a Software Development Engineer in Test with 2-4 years of experience in manual or automation testing. You'll build, execute, and report on tests to ensure smooth releases, work closely with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, and have a deep understanding of TDD philosophy.

 Roles &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Should possess amazing testing skills and demonstrate inherent ability to break systems and products</li><li>Willing to take responsibility to build, execute, report and validate fixes to ensure smooth releases</li><li>Perform regression testing, feature testing and sprint testing</li><li>Ability to work with postman collections and test RESTFul APIs jsons</li><li>Work very closely with all stakeholders to define acceptance criteria</li><li>Deep understanding of TDD philosophy</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment</li></ul>
 Good to have: <ul><li>Worked on multiple automation frameworks like selenium, appium, postman test scripts, Espresso, JMeter, mockito to build an ecosystem level test framework and automate the regression test suite</li><li>Work closely with dev teams to build test data, mock jsons etc.</li><li>Proven ability to automate testing of microservices, SOA platforms, frontend web and mobile Apps comprehensively </li></ul>
 Desired Candidate Profile <ul><li>Ethical, hardworking, and detail oriented</li><li>2 - 4 years of experience in manual or automation testing or both</li><li>Is a self-starter, and loves working in a fast paced environment</li><li>Excellent problem-solving ability and structured thought process</li><li>Understanding of unit testing frameworks like pytest, junit, node tests, javascript, python and MySQL </li></ul>
 Check if you fit in the Role: You Must: <ul><li>Be driven by releasing bug-free products.</li><li>Be willing to dive deep into systems logic and devise a test plan and write test cases and break the products many times over.</li><li>Release and test products within tight timelines.</li><li>Be methodical and logical in your approach to test the systems.</li></ul>

 This role is not ideal for someone who: <ul><li>Has not worked on testing 2-3 enterprise product.</li><li>Has not worked on single product for at least 10-12 months</li><li>Is not comfortable with long working hours, i.e., 10-12 hours daily</li><li>Is not comfortable working 5 days a week from office in Delhi.</li></ul>
 Additional Details <ul><li>Timings - 9.30 am till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment.
