Tribe Gaming is based in Austin, Texas with contractors located around the world.About this role:Tribe Gaming is seeking an experienced Partnership Strategy Manager to join our team! The Partnership Strategy Manager serves as the strategic glue across Tribe Gaming’s partnership efforts, bridging the gap between Sales, Accounts, Analytics and Creative to craft sales narratives and proposals that drive revenue. This will be responsible for leading the development of pitch frameworks, refining big ideas, and ensuring all client-facing materials align with company strategy and business objectives. From managing timelines and coordinating stakeholders to building sales resources and maintaining internal systems, this role ensures every pitch is strongly polished, and impactful, and elevates Tribe’s value propositions in order to support our success in closing meaningful deals.<h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Accounts, Analytics and Creative teams, translating asks, coordinating timelines, and facilitating smooth handoffs</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Build out outlines and pitch frameworks, pulling in stakeholders like content strategy and creative leadership when needed</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Be a “creative refiner” across every major pitch, ensuring ideas are bold but rooted in brand strategy and business goals</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Review and polish the narratives and copywriting for sales proposals to ensure clarity, creativity, and consistency</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Act as a storytelling and positioning lead for client-facing pitches and campaigns</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Translate sales and brand goals/KPIs into compelling partnership narratives and strategies</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Track timelines, outline asset needs, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the proposal process</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage the Analytics Coordinator and help use data to tell client relevant stories and insights</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Create new sales resources for Tribe's partnership teams, such as case studies, partnership reports, video sizzles, and other collateral materials to support business development efforts</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Equip the Partnerships team with analytical resources & craft convincing stories backed up by industry-standard data that help us sell better & justify publishers/brands spending with Tribe Gaming</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Regularly update and maintain internal and sales resources, including sales books, internal pricing sheets, and talent analytics</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Lead internal reviews and ensure cross-functional feedback is integrated efficiently</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ensure Tribe’s value propositions and messaging are tight before v1</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Collaborate internally to refine big ideas, content strategy, and overall brand positioning</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage the Partnership tech stack (including CRM system), ensuring data integrity and consistent updating of ongoing campaigns and deals</li></ul>Requirements<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">5+ years in integrated marketing, brand strategy or sales marketing</li><li class="leading-relaxed">An understanding of how to bring brand campaigns to life across multiple touchpoints from ideation to close</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ability to independently craft sales proposals</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong creative writing and storytelling skills</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience managing creative timelines, budgets, and cross-functional workflow</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Background in gaming, entertainment, or creator marketing is a strong plus</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate eﬀectively with cross-functional teams</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul>

Position Overview Football Manager Mobile is the fastest way to play the genre-leading FM series, offering a lightweight, pick-up-and-play football management simulation experience for those on the move or with less time on their hands. Over the coming seasons, we will be moving from an in-house engine to Unity. One aspect of this will be revamping the User Interface to take advantage of the new engine, and we are looking for a talented UIUX designer on a fixed-term contract to be a key member of the team designing this interface. You will join a small, dedicated, and close-knit team within SI, collaborating with creatives, software engineers, QA and producers to ensure we deliver a visually appealing, high-fidelity and usable on-the-go mobile experience for our passionate userbase. We are looking for a designer who is organised, self-motivated and able to communicate with all disciplines, both within the Mobile team and across the wider studio. You will have an understanding of UIUX design methodologies and processes, an eye for usability and ergonomics, and the ability to deliver according to internal roadmaps. You'll be keen to share your creative mindset and your experience to help push existing team members forward, as well as committed to the improvement of your own skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with UIUX and Game Designers and our Game Director to develop visually appealing new features or fresh interpretations of existing ones. * Produce UI designs, deliverables and assets of a consistently high quality. * Communicate your work through user flows, wireframing, and high-fidelity mock-ups. * Assist in reviewing designs of external contractors. * Collaborate with the design team across the rest of the studio to gain and offer peer feedback and share learnings between projects. * Work with QA, Production and Development to help ensure designs are well-understood, usable, and that needs of other disciplines are considered. * Assist team members in evaluating design success, using techniques such as analytics, user feedback, in-house playtesting, and taking part where appropriate in usability testing. * Be a passionate member of the FM Mobile Team, driving your own growth and lending your expertise to further the team’s collective knowledge. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Essential: * Strong understanding of UI and UX design principles. * Ability to produce high quality, visually appealing UI deliverables. * Experience with visual design software such as Figma and Miro, and of working with design systems. * Experience creating prototypes, wireframes and developing user flows. * Motivated to understand and meet the needs of the user. * 3+ years professional UI/UX design experience within software production or similar. * Ability to communicate clearly to both creative and non-creative disciplines – both verbally and in writing - and tell stories throughout the design process. * The ability to deliver in volume when necessary. * Self-motivated with a drive to improve yourself and others. * Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a close-knit team. * Knowledge of and interest in football Desirable: * Have worked on at least one completed video game title. * Knowledge of the gaming industry on a broad level. * Experience of designing specifically for Mobile platforms. * Experience in Unity. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or similar. * Basic understanding of Accessibility settings in games.
