 Roles and Responsibilities <ul><li>Own performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Facebook, affiliates and Programmatic etc).</li><li>Responsible for setting the overall Performance Marketing and Acquisition Strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting and driving execution with agency partners across Google and Facebook.</li><li>Create and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, conversions and revenue &amp; retention (retargeting).</li><li>Own &amp; deliver on user growth targets. Scale acquisition of high LTV users across app &amp; web while maintaining efficiency on CACs and AOVs &amp; other metrics.</li><li>Set up attribution models, multi-channel tracking and quality. Develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our mobile app and digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments.</li><li>Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous communication testing (A/B), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning.</li><li>Monitor &amp; strategize to optimize performance campaigns on channels like Google Ads (UAC, GDN, Search, DV360), Facebook Ads &amp; affiliate networks.</li><li>Manage and drive results through our performance marketing agency/affiliate partners and work closely with internal stakeholders in Product, tech and data.</li><li>Understand data in-depth, and churn out actionable insights to drive campaign performance and goals.</li><li>Create and manage internal campaign performance reporting along with agency, communication to all stakeholders and updates on campaign performance.</li><li>Work with internal database &amp; MMP tools (Singular, Appsflyer) and performance tools like GA4 /mixpanel etc) to understand data flowing in and act on actionable insights and optimize performance (CAC/ROAS/LTV/Retention)</li></ul>
 Qualification &amp; Requirements <ul><li>4+ years of experience, minimum 2+ years in performance marketing.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, an understanding of consumer behavior and campaign structure.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google, Facebook campaigns &amp; has managed considerable monthly budgets.</li><li>Platform knowledge for MMPs, deep understanding of attribution, is required.</li><li>Proficient in excel, reporting tools.</li><li>Full funnel knowledge of app ecosystem, metrics &amp; understanding of how MMP systems work.</li></ul>
 Good to have qualifications- <ul><li>Agency experience/E-Pharma experience is a plus</li><li>Experimentation mindset</li><li>High customer obsessed and focused, wanting to understand the customer in-depth.</li><li>SQL/R knowledge</li></ul>
