The Product & Tech Contract Management Legal team at Netflix seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to support its global vendor deals.  This role involves drafting contracts, leading negotiations (including data processing agreements and security requirements), collaborating with internal teams, and optimizing contract workflow systems.  The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in contract review, structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements, particularly cloud service/SaaS agreements and software licenses.  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
